Cancellation policy
This policy is in place to protect earnings and keep appointments fair for every client.
I ask and require 48 hours cancellation notice, either through the booking app or direct with me via WhatsApp or text message. Social media and other platforms cannot be monitored 24/7.
A missed appointment will be charged at 50%. If I am able to fill the appointment, your fee will be refunded.
Late notice means the appointment cannot be filled, which results in a loss of earnings.
I understand that things happen and emergencies can arise. This will be taken into consideration. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. It ensures that I can continue to provide quality service to my clients while managing my schedule efficiently.
